I found my Foundation in the kitchen.

I found my Foundation in the kitchen. It guided who I am as a person; what I want to accomplish. Bouchon Bakery gave me my first opportunity to prove myself. In the 4 years I worked there, I was challenged to be the best version of myself. What I can say is that my experience made me a better cook.

This profession demands a great communicator, whether verbally or through your art. Us “chefs” have a responsible - to provide a respect for the process, the passion, the art, it all.

From Bouchon and now Google, no matter where I provide my services, I am forever indebted to the culinary culture and Caldwells is my way of paying that debt - through art, culture and community.
